I placed an order but haven't received any shipping information.

All orders are printed on demand so we need some time to prepare them for you. Once your order is ready to ship, you'll receive an email with your tracking information.

How long will it take to fulfill my order?

At this time, fulfilment time is approximately 3-8 business days for apparel, and 2-5 business days for non-apparel.

However in the world of Covid-19, things can change quickly. If it's way past the estimated fulfilment time and you still haven't received your tracking information, please let us know ASAP.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time varies depending on the order's destination. Please refer to this map to see average shipping times.

Are there any shipping delays?

Yes. As of June 15, here are the approximate delays you can expect in addition to the estimated delivery times indicated on the shipping page.

US to US → 5 additional bus. days
US to Canada → 7 additional bus. days
US to Europe, Australia, New Zealand → 10 additional bus. days
US to Worldwide → 15 additional bus. days

EU to US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand → 25 additional bus. days
EU to Germany, the UK → 9 additional bus. days

EU (Riga) to Spain → 16 additional bus. days
EU (Barcelona) to Spain → no delays
EU to Austria, France, Italy → 12 additional bus. days
EU to The rest of EUR → 20 additional bus. days
EU to Worldwide → 30 additional bus. days

Do you ship internationally?

We generally don't ship to Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea because of legal or shipping carrier limitations.

As of Oct. 14 2020, we are also unable to ship to the following countries due to the pandemic:

Azerbaijan, Brunei, Chad, Cuba, Cambodia, Honduras, Iraq, Laos, Liberia, Libya, Madagascar, Mauritius, Mongolia, Myanmar, Panama, Papua New Guinea, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Solomon islands, Syria, Tajikistan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Turks and Caicos Islands, Uzbekistan, Vanuatu, Venezuela, Yemen

This list is subject to change as the situation with Covid-19 continues.

What's your refund/exchange policy?

If your purchase arrived broken or defective in some way, please get in touch and we’ll rectify the problem as soon as possible through a refund or reshipment. Please include your order number and photos of the defective product.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

We are a small operation and we don’t do our own printing, so unfortunately we aren't able to offer returns/exchanges if you ordered the wrong size. Please check the size charts carefully prior to ordering, as well as double-checking the order confirmation e-mail.

However, if you do receive something that doesn’t fit, get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.

How do I choose the right size for my shirt / sweater / hoodie?

There is a size chart in every product page to determine the best size for you. The image below should help you take accurate measurements for the best fit.
