Will I get my order in time for Christmas?

Orders placed by November 30 2020 are more likely to be delivered by Christmas. However, due to delays caused by the pandemic, there is still a chance you may not get it on time especially if you live outside the US, Canada and the EU. Please take that into consideration, especially when ordering Christmas-themed merch.

I placed an order but haven't received any shipping information.

All orders are printed on demand so we need some time to prepare them for you. Once your order is ready to ship, you'll receive an email with your tracking information.

How long will it take to fulfill my order?

At this time, fulfilment time is approximately 1-8 business days for apparel, and 1-5 business days for non-apparel.
However in the world of Covid-19, things can change quickly. If it's way past the estimated fulfilment time and you still haven't received your tracking information, please let us know ASAP.

I need to change something in my order.

Please contact us ASAP to make the change. However, if fulfilment has already begun, we may not be able to accommodate your request so please double-check your order before putting it through.

How long does delivery take?

Due to Covid-19, delivery times can vary greatly depending on destination as well as the individual carriers. Increased volume during the holiday season will also play a factor in delivery times. Most orders should arrive within 2-3 weeks, but can take 30+ business days for orders outside the US, Canada, and the EU.

Are there any shipping delays?

Yes, unfortunately we are also influenced by the industry-wide delays. Depending on destination, it can take about approx. 30 business days from shipping date for your order to arrive.
Shipments are taking longer than what we're used to because they're mostly carried out with passenger flights, but flights are now limited and the number of shipments is growing. 

This means more and more packages are competing for the limited amount of space on flights and are kept in sorting centers longer than before. The pending packages rarely get tracking updates about waiting in line which may give the impression that they're lost in transit.

Do you ship internationally?

We generally don't ship to Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea because of legal or shipping carrier limitations.
We don't ship to the following countries: Brunei, Chad, Cuba, Laos, Liberia, Libya, Madagascar, Mauritius, Mongolia, Myanmar, Panama, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Solomon islands, Tajikistan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Yemen (current as of November 6, 2020).
This list is subject to change as the situation with Covid-19 continues.

What's your refund/exchange policy?

If your purchase arrived broken or defective in some way, please get in touch and we’ll rectify the problem as soon as possible through a refund or reshipment. Please include your order number and photos of the defective product.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

We are a small operation and we don’t do our own printing, so unfortunately we aren't able to offer returns/exchanges if you ordered the wrong size. Please check the size charts carefully prior to ordering, as well as double-checking the order confirmation e-mail.
However, if you do receive something that doesn’t fit, get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.

How do I choose the right size for my shirt / sweater / hoodie?

There is a size chart in every product page to determine the best size for you. The image below should help you take accurate measurements for the best fit.

Why does my shirt have a vinegar smell / discolouration?

Our supplier uses a special solution in the printing process, so don't worry if you notice a slight new shirt smell or some discolouration.

Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent and both should go away after one wash.

Fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) is used for all DTG prints across the industry. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment.
