Shipping & Delivery
I recently placed an order but haven't received any shipping information.
All orders are printed-on-demand so we need some time to prepare it for you. Once your order has been fulfilled and is ready to ship, you'll receive an email with your tracking information.
How long will it take to fulfill my order?
As of Dec. 29 2020, fulfilment time is approximately 1-8 business days. Actual speed of fulfilment depends on where it's being fulfilled from and how busy they are.
If it's way past the estimated fulfilment time and you still haven't received your tracking information, please email us so we can follow up.
Where are orders fulfilled from?
We work with a distributor that has facilities in the US and Europe, and also Mexico, Canada, Japan and Australia.
Generally, your item will be fulfilled in the facility closest to you—unless they're out of stock, in which case it'll be fulfilled by one of the other locations.
How long does delivery take?
Covid-19 has severely impacted delivery times and delays are expected. It can take anywhere from 2-3 weeks to over 30+ business days for your package to arrive. Yes, the wait sucks, but we don't have any control over the speed of deliveries.
Longer delivery times can apply, particularly for orders outside the US, Canada, and the EU.
Tracking shows my package has been in the "item sent abroad" status for a long time now. Is this normal?
This is perfectly normal. "Item sent abroad" can mean one of three things:
- Your package is waiting for transportation to the destination country.
- Your package is on its way to the destination country.
- Your package has arrived in the destination country but is waiting to be processed and scanned by the local post office.
This process can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks, depending on where it's going and transportation availability.
However, if it's been stuck in this status for more than 30 days, please contact us ASAP.
But why is it taking so long to get to my country?
Most packages are carried out with via passenger flights. Due to Covid-19, flights are now limited but the number of online sales have gone up.
This means more packages are competing for the limited amount of space on flights and are kept in sorting centers longer than before. The pending packages rarely get tracking updates about waiting in line, which may give the impression that they're stuck or lost in transit.
Regional restrictions in your country may also cause delays.
Postal workers worldwide are doing their best to deal with the unprecedented volume. Please be patient, your order is on its way. :)
Who do I talk to about a missing package? -OR- My package was delivered but there's nothing in my mailbox.
If there are issues with delivery or if you need to trace a missing parcel, we highly recommend getting in touch with the carrier delivering your parcel first. They typically have more information than we do.
However, if they're unable to help, please email us so we can investigate. We want you to receive your merch as much as you do!
