Shipping policy

Do you ship worldwide?

  • yes (except cuba, crimea, iran, north korea, and syria).
  • regional restrictions due to the pandemic may also affect where we can deliver.

i recently placed an order but haven't received any shipping information.

  • all our stuff is made to order so we'll need some time to prepare it for you.
  • once your order has been fulfilled and is ready to ship, you'll receive an email with your tracking info.
how long does fulfilment that take?
  • approx 1-8 business days (varies by product).
  • current average is 3-5 business days
  • if it's past the estimated fulfilment time and you still haven't received your tracking information, please email us so we can follow up.

where are orders fulfilled from?

  • our distributor's main print facilities are in the US and Europe (Latvia).
  • we also have back up facilities in Mexico, Canada, Japan and Australia.
  • for efficiency and to reduce our carbon footprint, your item will be fulfilled in the facility closest to you.
  • if the local print centre doesn't have stock of an item, it'll be fulfilled at one of the other locations.

how long does delivery take?

  • within North America / Europe: 2-3 weeks (average)
  • outside North America / Europe: 4-8 weeks (average)
  • please keep an eye on your delivery. claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

tracking shows my package has been in the "item sent abroad" status for a long time now. is this normal?

  • "item sent abroad" can mean one of three things:
    - your package is waiting for transportation to the destination country
    - your package is on its way to the destination country
    - your package has arrived in the destination country but is waiting to be processed and scanned by the local post office.
  • this process can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks, depending on where it's going and transportation availability.
  • if it's been stuck in this status for more than 20 days, please contact us ASAP.

my package is missing -OR- my package was delivered but there's nothing in my mailbox.

  • we highly recommend getting in touch with the carrier delivering your parcel first. they typically have more information than we do.
  • if they are unable to retrieve your package, please let us know right away.

my package was returned! what do I do?

please e-mail us right away. we can reship the package to you once we receive it and will cover the cost for the first reshipment. :)
• however packages returned to us more than once will incur additional shipping costs. if this happens, please verify the shipping address or suggest another address so we can avoid further costs and minimize our global footprint.
