faq: return policy

what's your return policy?

• all items purchased are made to order and is considered final sale
• as a result, we can't accept returns/exchanges or offer refunds due to customer error or buyer's remorse

but what if something arrived broken or defective?

• if we messed up and your purchase arrived broken or defective in some way, email us and we'll be happy to help! :)

what if I ordered the wrong size?

• our stuff is all made to order, so we can't offer returns/exchanges if you ordered the wrong size. please always refer to the size charts for each product before ordering
